So, I'm heading away to korea again and I am trying to think of what I should take with me that I won't get over there.

Last time I got brown sauce sent over, the g.f's mother took us some butter when she visited (korean butter is too sweet and has no salt)

My g.f got tea bags sent over cos we couldn't get them either.

So, I'm leaving in 7 or 8 weeks and I will be taking brown sauce with me.
    What would you take?
My ma weighs well over the 23 kilo allowance and dad says shes a crap lay anyway so don't even waste your comment on it :p

    Galaxy Bars!

Nothing else really, everything can be ordered online if you are in South korea and don't they have super-fast broadband?

I'd just bring a suitcase full of lyons tea bags. There's nothing else I would need.

Remember about the current tightened security situation about what your actually carrying on your person.
Chances are that for the next while everything will be checked and possibly x-rayed, not just the extra-large items that are case scanned at Dublin luggage airport section.
You more than likely know this but its something to be weary about in case you get called to a desk somewhere and be asked to explain the inner contents too of your luggage that showed an unusual shape within.

    Have a good trip. :)

P.S. Bring us back some sunshine and warm weather. :D

    Democracy?

I'm going to south korea, not north korea.

Anyway, where could I get democracy around here?? We have a vote for something, the government doesn't like the result so they make us vote again so we get it 'right' the next time

It's democracy all right, just a bastardized form it is all.

Is a question really a question when the answer has already been decided?

I will always call it The Retorical Treaty.

If I was going to NORTH Korea I'd bring a "Get out of jail" card with me - just in case :D
If it was to the SOUTH, I'd bring a hardhat in case the North decides to pay a visit! ;)

I can't say I missed chocolate when I was over there at all, I would rarely buy a chocolate bar but I have to say when a few moro bars got sent over to me I did enjoy tuckin into them.

I wish I could take a big oven, cos we don't get them in our apartments :(
