super mario wii errors ?

    been trying to play this since xmas day and it just wont load , error saying refer to wii manual for troubleshooting , brand new game bought in gamestop , no scratches etc , sooo annoyin plus ive no receipt , anyone else have probs loading games in ?? any help much appreciated :)

    I assume it's a blue screen error? What's the error number?
