    I just had a mess around with this. It's very impressive for a freebie.

    No doubt the full version will cost a small fortune.

    Played with this a little tonight and was impressed with the standalone quality of the sounds within. Compared to my Garritan GPO samples they sounded more " alive" but this may have something to do with the convolution applied to the samples/ room they were recorded in. The fench horns sounded lovely and the marimba sample layering equated to a very playable instrument. Shame there were only a few articulations of strings included.
    I know it is free but I could only see myself keeping it on the hard drive for the crotales, chimes and possibly the brass. May stick to GPO for workhorse duties - if I could afford the full package I would probably buy it in preference to GPO if I could start over but it is many times the price though.
    It is free after all though.:D

    No Probs lads...

    I have Miroslav Philharmonik and The Plat Version of this ewql (to many DVD's) so I think the freebie is running some of the high end stuff to tempt you :)

    The basic silver version isnt as good due to crappy reverbs added etc.. that sound pretty fake :(

    also did everyone get the Pod Farm freebie from Line 6 with Ilok licence?? the full version inc licence for free :) crazy....
