on Sunday the 2oth i started getting twinges in my lower back, v little pain, as the day wore on the pain got worse, woke up monday and the twinges were more constant, went to work but had to come home early, then in the early hours of wedensday morning, i work up in excruiting pain in my lower back, i was in tears could not move to get out of the bed, my partner had to carry me to the car and take me to hospital, once there i was given valium and strong pain killers and was told it was a pulled muscle and that pain would go in a couple of days,

well here i am patience running out, pain is as worse than ever no sign of it easing off or going

has anyone else ever pulled a muscle in the lower back region, how long did it take to heal,

the pain has already ruined my xmas i dont want it to ruin my new year

back injuries are complex things. the length of time for your back to fix itself up might have no bearing on how long anyone elses will do the same, or vice versa unfort.

on this forum we don't allow discussion of personal medical issues and problems in a specific way, which is kinda what your after. It's just not the purpose of the forum.

Hope you get well soon, I've done my back a few times and you have my sympathies :)

    cheers

    MM
