Help me chose a good P&S camera with HD recording

Ok i need to buy a good camera that can also record in HD....

I like to make videos and have noticed my old casio exilim is just not up to standard anymore and i want a better video quality, but also take a good picture at the same time.

Id love a camera that also has a time lapse feature, but i know getting all the features is going to be diffiuclt. I only really want to spend 200notes...other wise id get that Ixus camera that looks the biz.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I have the TZ7 and am very happy with it. The record feature is excellent, way better than my JVC Everio Hard Disk camcorder.

Prior to buying the TZ7, I used the Everio Camcorder and a Slim Sony 6MP P&S. I decided I wanted to carry only one device so went with the TZ7. Bigger than your regular P&S but well worht it.

Very happy with the massive zoom, great quality pics, excellent video, zoom using video, and good on battery (for me anyway).

Only complaints, the volume of the audio playback on the camera could be better and the flash could be better.
