    what is the difference to the JG aug steyr for 180 euro and the classic army steyr aug
    the gun of the year one for 300 euro in MIA
    is it internals or?
    just need to know because im getting a JG aug and want to upgrade it

    The main differance is the ca has better externals and trades. The ca got the AI top gun award about 2 years ago and since then the ca internals have gone down hill. Buy the jg and use the 'spare' money to do up the gearbox/ internals.

    It's JG, just leave stock until it dies, spend the money on more mags.

    theres lots of difference ones made out of the cheapest plastic and the others made out of abs and metal
    Google it and watch some youtube reviews on it

    I've handled both and I'd take the JG over the CA any day. In my eyes the quality is far superior. These days CA internals are pure crap, I've yet to see a CA with decent internals. JG gearboxes are amongst some of the most robust I've seen, good gears, piston, etc. A mate of mine got a CA gun and the the bevel gear and piston stripped its teeth with in 2 hours of use, shooting semi...

    Actually, thats incorrect....they're both made out of ABS and metal, and the ABS is almost identical, with the finish on the CA being slightly better.

    Buy the JG and buy a Madbull tightbore barrel and Guarder clear silicone hop up rubber and you'll be set. As Lefty said the gearbox internals are solid so theres not much point in replacing them.
