Would a VGA to composite cable work with my nes?

    i have a really good spare computer monitor
    could i use the VGA to composite wire on my nes
    would it work?

    oh and thanks to oision for help on a NES wire
    i got the wire oision linked and it works perfectly

    It'll look horrible. Do you not have an old CRT television you can use it on instead?
