Busking on Grafton St.

    Hi guys,

    I would like to busk with my band on Grafton St. for one day to promote an album release. I would like to set up a small PA and do an acoustic set for about 45 mins across from HMV where the album will be on sale.

    Has any one any experience of doing this in the past? What needs to be done?

    As far as i know you need to pop into pearse st garda station for a permit, probably best to do it a few days in advance. And like DonaldoX said - turn up early. What's your Bands name?

    the permit stuff is bull****. You don't need one at all, just set up on the street and play away.
