    Is there such a think as a light bulb attached to a three pin plug. Need one to plug into plug in timer while not in house

    Well,you could plug in a table lamp etc to a timer which would be easier for you no?

    Yes. Saw them for sale in one of the Euro shops some months ago. The light output is very low. I think the are intended for a child's bedroom to give just a comfort level of light.

    You could wire one yourself.

    If ya want to wire one yourself it would be a cheap option.

    You will need about a foot of 1.5mm flex, a lamp holder, 100watt lamp, a plug top.

    Simply attach live neutral and earth at lamp holder and same for plug top. If plug is not marked the live cable goes into the pin that has fuse attached.

    Live (Brown)
    Neutral (Blue)
    Earth (Green/ Yellow)

    Make sure lamp does not touch the cable or wall when hot it could start a fire.

    Make sure the bulb isn't on anything or it will burn...
