Anyone know where you can get potatoe flour?

Has anyone worked with it before, compared to something like rice flour how easy is it to work with?

You can get them in the Oriental Emporium on George's St or Jervis.
It works the same as cornflour when cold water is added to it to thicken sauces, but potato flour gives a bit of a shiny glaze.
