iphone library problem

my laptop has broke and i got a new pc, when i sync it says it will delete everythin on the iphone there was a thread bout a week ago on this and someone suggested to use sharepod i've downloaded it from 2 diff places and cant get it to run, i just get an error, is there any other program like it
