    The very reason I didn't drink last night, even though all my mates were. I can enjoy today in its entirety. Have just spent the last 4 hours visiting relatives, now back about to tuck into what looks like a bloody delicious dinner, and i'm starving!

    I have a virus for the past 4 weeks and can't shake it. Don't worry about it. You'll be better tomorrow. dlofnep will still be sick.

    Eat loads of fresh garlic in a hot soup as close to it raw state as possible.
    That helped me before with a stuborn virus.
