    Got one of those really chesty sore coughs, and the phelgm tastes all burnt its minging :( And the left side of my throat is sore and hurts to eat.

    I felt the same this morning and i am flying out on holidays on sunday to Los Angeles, i stopped at the chemist this morning on my way to work and got some Pandol Cold & Flu and i dont feel so bad now.

    Yep I'm the same.

    Have it since Tuesday. Nose is stuffed & runny, eyes are watering. Second time i've caught it in the last 3 months. Have that chesty cough too, only i've had that since the last dose.:(

    If you have soluble disprin, dilute it in warm water and gargle and spit it out (do not swallow). You can do this on the hour but NEVER SWALLOW and you will get some relief. Then before going to the leaba, make a honey drink with pure honey, if you have it, lemon with warm water and you can also dissolve a disprin and drink it while in bed. Works for me........I think we are more prone to influenza type flu this time of year because of all the running and racing and wearing ourselves THIN.....and for what, one day and its all over!
