More than a year ago I posted here looking for help. I had a drink problem which had been ongoing for about a decade and was making my life and the lives of those around me miserable. My business was going down the toilet as well.

Not knowing what to do but knowing that I had to do something I posted here for some advice. The replies I got certainly didn't fix things overnight but they started something. I faced into my problem with a new determination and the realisation that only I could fix this.
And that's exactly what I've done!

It's taken a while but I'm now about six months into a whole other world. I have my own home away from the things that were bringing me down, I have someone special in my life who makes every day a better day, and my business is starting to pay for itself again.

So I thought it's about time I came back here and said thanks to all those who responded and to all those who keep responding when people fall on hard times. The P.I. Forum is a wonderful resource and long may it continue.

    Merry Christmas to you all.:)

It's incredible how much can change in a year....2010 is another year, a fresh start and hopefully the advice given here in PI this year will have a positive impact on others.

Glad things are going your way finally, OP. Good luck in the future...

    Well done!

I often think that these can be the most helpful posts on this entire Forum.....hopefully people who might be coming in here today with worries and problems will get a bit of hope in themselves when they realise that positive changes can be made.

Delighted to hear that you have things on the up and up OP.

    Merry Christmas.
