Problems with a ACER laptop

Has faced such problem on laptop ACER 7730. My laptop one year old - Windows Seven instaled.
Problem begun so - the cursor has disappeared and after restart the problem which does not manage to be solved till now I can't normal move the cursor it is necessary to make the big efforts has begun. If to touch not strongly (as it is necessary) тачпад does not react at all.
In the beginning I thought the driver not working , I reinstall driver, has not helped, I restart my laptop from a disk of type Live CD the problem all the same remains - It's means- problem not in the Windows.
Has updated just in case a BIOS - too does not help.
Has casually found out that when you moisten touch pad (for example as a damp napkin) starts to work better until then will not dry up yet. Has opened a laptop, has disconnected a touch pad, has connected anew - the problem remained.
I think capacitor sensor controls were probably covered. Perhaps who faced a similar problem in practice? Also can give a practical advice.

    In advance thanks.

Some laptops have a button that will disable the touchpad. Maybe that is what is causing it.

press the FN key and the F12 key at the same time to enable touchpad or fn and f7 key. if that does not work go into the control panel and double click mouse. in there scroll over and click touchpad. then go into settings and left click default settings click apply and ok. that should reset the touchpad. if still not working insert your resource disc and install the touchpad device driver again. that should sort the problem out.

the sensitivity on the touchpad needs to be highered up so go to control panel>mouse>touchpad> settings> click default settings.

die Empfindlichkeit auf das Touchpad muss bis highered werden, so gehen Sie zu Systemsteuerung Maus Touchpad-Einstellungen klicken Sie auf Standardeinstellungen und klicken Sie auf Übernehmen und OK
