is it possible to change the horn in a car?

my car's horn sounds terrible and id like to make it more manly !

Easy fix. Most of these have one positive wire from battery, and the circuit is completed where the horn is attached to the chassis. 1st find the horn, usually round object, roughly same diameter as a pint glass, inside bumper at front. Then take it off, and see if the bracket attaching horn to car looks rusted etc. If it all looks well, just go down your local motor factor and buy the cheapest horn you can get, it doesnt have to be by your original manufacturer.

You could try giving the hooter one or two sharp whacks with a hammer. Sometimes works!

It could just be a faulty relay. Have a look in your manual to see where the relays are located.

Either that or put some of this in your petrol tank
