I need a part for a 01 Toyota Hiace asap, Toyota cant get it until about 5th Jan but I cant wait, second hand part will do. I need a part from the gearbox, its the part that the clutch fork pivots on. It bolts into the housing and sticks out about one inch.

I drive for a living and Im off the road for Christmas unless I get this part. If anyone has a Hiace broken or knows where Ill find one please let me know asap.

Does anyone know where ill find an online repair manual for the Hiace ?

theres also one for sale for a grand. Have you tried motor factors?

You'll get the repair manuals on http://techdoc.toyota-europe.com/

Good luck. Hope you get sorted.

Yeah, I want new if I can get it, only considering second hand as a quick fix because I went into Toyota and was told it had to be ordered and wouldnt get it untill after Jan 5th.

Have you the broken bits ? Why not get it welded (and ground down after welding if necessary) ? It's not a moving part, and isn't under major stress, so should be fine.

A decent fitter should be able to repair or make something up for you.

I thought about that but Ive asked a couple of mechanics and they said its not a good idea with the milage I do.
