Hey guys am looking for some help re above... the fella wants to know what date goes on the issue of shares for the memorandum/articles of association.. he needs to drop it into the bank for a business account set-up and i'd appreciate any help given..

Presume this is a new company?? Date of share issues would be the same as the Date of Incorporation of the company
