Capacity of signatory on Form 12

    On the first page of Form 12, the first fields are Signature and Capacity of Signatory - any idea what goes in here? I presume it's something like Employee or Claimant, but I'm not sure?

    If it is your own return....put "Self" as the signatory

    Thats there so if an agent is doing the return on your behalf, or if it's a personal rep or executor etc, in the case of somebody passing away.
