Help identify 80's music video.

    This has been bugging me for years.In either 83 or 84 i saw this music video on the telly.It featured a Robin Hood type walking through fields with a midget who was dressed as a jester.They end up in a village and much dancing around with the locals ensues.Can't remember much about the song only that the chorous go's "we can dance,we can dance".Don't think thats the name of the song as i googled it and it draws a blank.Any of this ring a bell?
