Deferring second semester of final year?

Does anyone know if it's possible to defer the second semester of my final year (because I'm financially screwed). I'm doing Engineering so have a year-long project underway, but would be happy to continue that and postpone the academic side. Long story short I need to get a full time job in the next month and can't do…

Who in the college can I ask about this?
