    Hi,

    i am planning on putting my cylinder and water tanks
    in a boiler house attached the the side of the house,
    would this meed to be fully insulated etc, to stop
    freezing of the cold water tanks.
    any advice much appreciated.

    yes it would need to be fully insulated. along with the usual insulation on the tanks etc.
