    Is there any fire consultants on here or can advice on someone I can get oversee a small application (change of use of shop) I've prepared. I think everything is ok but need a little professional oversight, prior to submitting.

    Do you know any of the fire officers in the LA? If not it is the ideal opportunity to get to know them. Ring for one of them, ask if they could help by throwing their eye over a report for you, I'm sure they would be glad to. We all had to start somewhere...:)
