anyone have it as a psn download?..i had it on my old ps3 and cant get it back n0w:(...if anyone has it as a downloaded game and havent used their 5 game swaps yet i will swap lemmings full game and bomberman ultra full game...we will do the swap at the same time and stuff



im dying to play that gme since i got my ps3 slim and cant afford to buy it right now:(

Technically no, they give you 5 backups per say. its for if you own more than one ps3.

there was a change to their charter recently though which stated that you can only use downloaded title on one ps3 at any given time, and not within 60mins on a different machine... or something along them lines.

Well they are ok with it in the same way that they are ok with the fact that I lend games I buy to a friend for free, and he does likewise with me, in that they probably aren't really ok with it, but it happens anyway I've been lending games to friends since I first owned a console.

Sony dont like gamesharing happening and anyoune doing so could get there account froze. They released a statment on this before and someone on my friends list got his account froze, so i wouldnt recommend it.

Ok on a more serious note (tman, you're no fun ) don't do it. Sony used to be ok with game sharing but they aren't any more. They changed something in their Terms and Conditions that nobody reads so it's not unusual that you didn't realise it.

People have been getting their accounts frozen for PSN game sharing. You will notice that there is even an option to report game sharing if you see people talking about it in HOME (again something that nobody ever uses, so not noticing this is understandable)

Also, I'm pretty sure the maximum number of active systems you are allowed to have active has been reduced from 5 to 3.

No, Sony were never OK with it. The system is built in to handle people who'll change their PS3 through faults or just buying a new one (from the fat to slim, for example) so they can carry their games over with them. It was never meant to be a way to pirate games and facilitate giving/taking games for free. Why people think Sony would build that into their system as a means of sharing games for free is absolute horsesh*t.

This is wishful thinking on peoples part. Sony never expected this to be a way of pirating games, so they had to change the T&C's to reflect the fact that if you take a game, for free, from someone elses account, you are breaking the law. It's no different to torrenting PC games.

As such, discussions on these topics have to stop. Which is something I've said before. No one will be banned but further discussions will result in banning. I don't see a difference between this discussion and a "how do I get this ISO to work on my PSP/360".
