Hi, although this isn't really useful for learning the language, it is very interesting for anyone who is learning Japanese or thinking of going there.

Basically I just applied to JET and have been reading a few different blogs (amongst other stuff about learning Japanese), written by people who went to Japan to teach. Two good ones are Firefly in Japan, and Gaijin Smash, use google and you'll find them! Interesting and very funny in places!
