Complete noob question. Any help greatly appreciated.

I just agreed to buy a newly built house.

The house is plumbed, radiators and solar panels fitted. There's no boiler.

The well is sunk but there's no pump or filter system.

What do I need to get done first, the water pump and filter or the boiler?

Will it be possible to get someone / some company to sort out both or is it two separate jobs completely?

2 separate companies make these items but you can buy them from a hardware store in many cases, supplied only.

How deep is your well, you may need a shallow well pump or deep well?

Is it an oil boiler you need?

If its a deep well, be sure to get a submersible pump, much better.

You are best to get a reputable plumber to price you for the job. If you know what boiler / pump he's getting you, i can advise you if its competative or not
