Automatically connecting to unwanted network. HELP!!

Hi all, Bought a LG GM750 phone recently. Problem is that it automatically connects to the vodafone live network even when I disconnect it from the network. Anyone know how I can stop it connecting automatically as it uses credit each time? Thanks
