Someone I know was wondering can you download from the Apple webstore with a jailbroken phone? They have gotten a few applications from there, and would like to get more from there, but wishes to jailbreak their phone. So, they were wondering can they get more (of the free applications) from the Apple web store, after they have jailbroken their phone?

    Yes.

Ah cool. So Apple doesn't care, or can't detect that the iPhone is jailbroken?

Ah, that would be an ecumenical matter.

I have no doubt in my mind that they can detect that an iPhone is jailbroken, but they don't seem to do anything. Yet.
