dvd video and camera vids to iphone

hi guys what site do use all use to put the dvd files onto the iphone. do they need to be a certain file is it as easy as drag and drop once you download the vids

Handbrake should allow you to convert DVDs to mp4 format if that's of any use. You can then add these to iTunes. I've done it this way with just an iPod, don't know if iPhones will be as flexible with syncing, etc.
