    It's kind of weird though with things like that to see how much you'd swim in a year. Although, this year I'm probably on target for about 10 kilometres altogether:(

    Its good for keeping track of total distances, but I might try and modify it so that it contains a few of the particular sets and target times and Heart rates, so I can track progress instead of just distance....
