    Anyone know if this will have much of an affect. I normally head out the quays or down thomas street but bit worried these might be bad options now.

    well seems to be all under control and out by now.

    If the building was not directly against the road I reckon disruption will be minimal as the fire brigade should have mostly cleared out of the area by rush hour

    I would say your biggest delay now are rubbernecking drivers and empty-head gawkers trying to peer in through the gates.
