Cant Remebe kids Program 80s/90s

    Can someone help me with the name of this, i can vagly remember it.

    It was a teens puppets program

    It was a scfi

    Its had a really old women with grey hair spiked out messy all over the place who was the baddie, she was a puppet.

    There where these silver metal basket ball size floating things which where round and had red cyclon type eyes on them.

    There base was inside a mountian (i think)

    There where also silver cubed puppets similar to the round ones (i think)


    Thats all i can remember, i can remember watching it and i had the colouring book.
