    Well done to all the lads, who were promoted this weekend by Pedro Bessa in Cork. The lads, have being training hard and competing well to earn the belts . Well done lads.

    some great success with the club in the last few competitions.

    i'm guessing stretch is the really tall young guy, he was very impressive at the irish open a few weeks back, a well deserved blue there too.
