Irish NOGI Submission Championships 2010

21-12-2009 9:13am#1Just a heads up, that the guys behind the British NOGI championships will be running a similar tournament in St Andrews College Booterstown on Saturday 13th March 2010. There will be preregistration, multiple weights and experience categories and if the feedback from the British NOGI comp is anything to go by it will be a great day. Im just facilitating the event but I will post more details when I have them.
This together with the NI open, the Sapo tournament in February and another Informed Performance comp means that there is one a month for the first 4 months. I will also be running the annual pro team event in May.
So there is 5 reasons to stuff yourself and go up several weight categories over xmas!
