iPhone help

I got a new iPhone today but none of my songs or apps. will upload from itunes to the phone. This is appearing: "To authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store, choose Store > Authorise Computer." So I go into the iTunes store.. then where do I go? Any help will be appreciated. :(

Im sure someone will give you a permanent fix but in the meantime try select songs (hold shift) and drag to the iphone. Worked for my wifes phone.
