I think that should all work, you could get the Ultegra BB cups for cheaper. Don't know if there is any downside to using road BB cups on a MTB.

You might want to bear in mind that the derailleur you selected is rapid rise so as you release cable tension it will go to the biggest sprocket (e.g. the reverse of normal.) Nothing wrong with this just need to bear it in mind.

Shame you've already done the brakes.
    http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/shimano-groupsets/2010-deore-590-disc-groupset.html
For a few quid more you could have got the whole group including the brakes.
Might still be worth considering-A full deore disc brake kit for 50 euros or so.-You could always sell it.-or keep it in case.

+1 on watching the rapid rise. Some people have difficulty living with em.

Just realised I was comparing euro and sterling prices. Maybe not a great difference.Might be worth ringing Merlin. My buddy got a good mix and match deal off em on the phone last year for a build.

Thanks for the help guys, one last thing tho, the bike currently has a shimano tourney setup, will i need to change the hub as well?

haha, As soon as I suggest the hub may be replaced, what happens? It goes and breaks an hour and a half from home! Bloody typical!
