anyone know where I can get this done? recently got a present of one. last ngt was my 2nd time to wear it and it broke. it is onw of those chunky ones with the heart on it. no instructions on how to open or close it so i could have damaged it myself being too rough. i have all the pieces although i think it is only the clasp/spring part that is broken.

If you're in Dublin you could bring it back to Tiffany in Brown Thomas.
You can also send it to them http://www.tiffany.com/Service/FaqDetail.aspx?faq_id=1737&FAQ_CATEGORY=83%20&Search_Key=&

Exact same thing happened to me. I got it in America and it broke on the clasp after a month, but I brought it to Tiffany BTs and they fixed it on the spot!

BTW if your not in Dublin Fields Jewellers have been excellent for me getting watches and bracelet fixed(I also got them in states) they are very quick and reasonable.
