    passable in car or on bike? :p
    you can get through anything on a mtn bike, blorgs photos showed that nicely recently
    I can see Kippure from my place and its covered ontop, which is a bit higher than sally gap, would PROBABLY be ok tommorow.

    snow is ok to ride on as long as its not compacted. ice is a differant matter.

    a accident up there ,a fall under the road out of sight or into the deep wet drain on the upper side .

    you would be food for the ravens by morning.

    Dead Ropey all over today by all accounts took coast road down and back from Ashford/Wicklow lots of visble ice spots on the road all right some were seen in time and avoided others well........... werent and.....Whahey..!!! That was close..... (instant heart beat increse).....Wasnt one of my most enjoyable spins of late ......an By jaysus it SO cold coming home...
