0818 Billing Question.

    Sorry for reviving it but I'm now fighting Eircom's injustice so trying to find as much wrong with them as possible :mad:

    I checked all my bills and I can't seem to understand how the call cost is calculated for 0818 calls.

    This is what I have in the pricing section of my bills:

    [PHP]Guide to standard call prices
    National calls (including NI), per minute inc.VAT
    Daytime 8.60c
    Evening 5.18c
    Weekend 1.33c[/PHP]

    And this is what I have in the itemisation section:

    [PHP]National Call 0818
    Evening calls 1 00:14:30 0.6677 (4.6c)
    Weekend calls 5 01:02:59 2.9326 (4.6c)
    Total of national call 0818 calls 3.6003[/PHP]

    The cost seems to be roughly 4.6 cents a minute for both evening and weekend calls which is wrong for both.

    I had Eircom Talktime Friends + Broadband Home Plus (Talktime/Broadband Bundle) if that makes any difference.

    So who's wrong here - me or Eircom?
