Tom Tom XL "No GPS Signal"

As the title says my Tom Tom has for some reason stopped working. It just displays "Waiting for valid GPS signal" but never finds one. Any ideas? It has been working fine. Wasnt dropped or bashed or anything and is kept in a safe place. Thanks for any help. Marty
