Dead slow PC connection

    Scenario
    PC1, wireless connection to UPC 10mg package
    also Cat5 crossover connection to PC2
    PC1 = Vista Home Premium
    PC2 = Vista Ultimate

    Whilst surfing or downloading the transfer speed from PC1 to PC2 is dead slow, circa 200-300kbs. Sometimes it's fine at 11Mbs

    Prior to UPC, I was DSL BT3mg and using Bitcomet with other variables the same and everything was fine????

    Any advice??
