I just feel terrible at the moment. As its coming up to Christmas and everyone is heading out with friends enjoying the festivities I just find myself alone with no-one. I'm 25 and on the weekend before christmas all I'll be doing is sitting in on the Fri and Sat nights just looking at the television. I have some close female friends but like everyone at this time of year they're doing their own thing at his time with other friends and while we have arranged to meet up over the xmas I still feel alone and bored.

Does anyone else share the same by any chance?

Since last Christmas what has your social life been like ?

Social events do not magically appear at Christmas-time. They are part-and-parcel of normal social interaction through 12 months of the year.

Think about your social situation and decide whether you want to or need to make any changes so that this time next year you have a different story to tell

Also... there's a myth about social lives and partying at this time of year. Anyone who claims to be out 24-7 living la vida loca is lying. :-)
