I have a wheel nut which has been damaged and lose in the threads but it wont come off.

Could be something has snap on the nut or even inside the wheel.

What is the price I am looking at to fix?

    06 Fiesta

I understand it is hard to tell but any advice would be great.

Will bring to garage on monday as nearest place is closed till then

I suspect the stud has come out of the hub...jack up the car...put the bad nut at the top... release the other three nuts then pull out the bottom of the wheel as far as it will allow you and lower the car so that the weight is forcing the wheel against the nut. It could possibly hold the stud tightly enough to allow the nut to be undone...I had that on our Fiesta and that approach worked...hope it does for you (I should renew the stud when you get it out... (If it dont work , try with the nut at the bottom...)

    (No guarantee implied)
