Hi all, I am looking for help and advice on buying a christmas present for my new girlfriend, we are only going out for a few weeks. I really don't know what I should get for her. I don't want to underspend or overspend and be boring and safe with something like a beauty treatment. Thanks !

Think about what's she's interested in and little things she does etc and buy something to suit them. For example, I absolutely HATE being cold. Can't stand it! And my hands are always freezing so for xmas a few years ago I'd been with my then bf about 3 weeks and he got me a cute pair of mittens :) Just the little bit of thought that went into it made it special.

As for overspending vs. underspending I know all about that :( Another year, i bought my bf of 2 months a box set of a movie trilogy he wanted...he got me the teeniest, tiniest teddy ever..the ones you see in hallmark for a fiver :O It wasn't the fact that it cost so little (wouldn't say the mittens were much more!) but like...it was as if he forgot and popped in on the way down to meet me lol. As long as you don't do that you'll be fine :) good luck!

Thanks for your ideas, i have got her a nice plain silver (which she loves) necklace. She prefers the subtle type and hates bling. Hope she likes it !!
