    Hiya,
This is my 1st tread so be easy on me..

I work in an office that does a small bit of telemarketing but not cold calling, I love my job but here on my own so it can be abit lonely and the managment dont know there arse from there head:(:(:(

recently i'v been lumped with loads of extra work and find my telemarketing is being forgotten about, would love some exta help with it but company refuses to pay anyone extra and has suggested perhaps im not up to the job (afterall im just a number to them)

Thinking of hiring someone my self on the QT it would only be 5hr work a day once a wk, they can work from home, i'l supply them with at mobile and everything and it would be cash in hand......

Am I mad to be thinking this.... but just cant see any other options

    any advise please

You are a bit mad but if it keeps you sane and happy in your job sure why not! Doubt your employers would be too happy if they found out though!!

Question for you. Why not work the extra five hours and claim it as overtime?

    Good scam though.

its only an hour every evening for the sake of ur job. either that or im sure you know someone who's looking for work, give it to them

Jaysus don't do that unless you want to get fired. You can't give company information to a third party without express permission.
