PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!....Problem with eyes

Hi, sorry for such a dramatic title but this problem is really getting me down..and driving me crazy! Basically my eyes are in bits, they are constantly watering-and i mean that there is practically rain coming out of them, its not every day but it happens more than once a week and can last for over a day. What does happen is that they just stream water like tears;as if i am crying-but i am not. And the whites of my eyes also go very red but i think that probably has more to do with the fact that when they are watering for a while i will start to dab at them with tissue or whatever to dry them up-but i always try to use soft tissues etc,so it looks unpleaseant and also feel's it too.

I am a woman, of 23, so i wear makeup and im left with patches down my face from the tears which is annoying too. I know peoples first reactions are going to be ; have i started using any new products in the home or on myself, or eye makeup related but none of those are it-of that i am 100% certain!
I have been to the doc over it numerous times, Firstly they thought it was an allergy so were giving me anti-histemene products, some of which i remember the names (Zirtec, piratone, phenergan etc) none of those worked, then i got drops, firstly just over the counter ones (Brolene -sorry if thats the wrong spelling, but i got that in drop and an oily cream form-didnt work either) Then prescription drops called Optocrom-didnt work either, and i have tried a few optrex ones myself-all to no avail!

My sight is good, i dont need glasses or contatcs-if i remember correctly doing my eye test for my driving licence not too long ago i was told i had close to perfect vision.. so its not a case of my eyes being strained because i need glasses and am'nt using them.

So thats my story, and as you can imagine-its driving me mad, so i was just hoping maybe someone might have an idea of what it could be or any idea's for a solution , have had similar symptoms before and found a solution or even knows someone with similar or the same problems and knows what they did to sort it out?????...Literally any idea's are welcomed with open arms.!!!!!

Thanks in advance for reading or posting (if you do!):D
