Checking when last update was performed? (xbox)

I am wondering is there a way of checking when the last update was performed on your xbox, as i am fairly sure i havent been online since the supposed netflix "hack scan", and may not have downloaded that update! Tis a long shot but im hoping i can wait it out till ixtreme Lt if i havent downloaded that update. Any ideas?
