I think the normal price is about 60 or so. You get an extra bluray with aparently tons of extras! About the game and so on! Not too into that really and extra items for the game and also an expansion pack that usually costs 15 on psn. So all worth it. Was funny when i brought the copy to the cashier. He said you could buy this pre-owned for 47euro then i said is it not new for 45. He was laughing as he didnt know it was on special! Bargain though!

I had trouble getting into Oblivion but loved Fallout.

I take it this probably won't be for me.

That was a pretty good price! But i would say even you lads buy the standard one there's a 15 euro worth of DLC and free blood dragon armour that comes with it. still not bad at all...

Anyways have fun playing it mate you'll definitely gonna enjoy it...

I got the standard edition in Xtra-vision last weekend for €35 euro. Really enjoying it. Tricky at times. It's pretty different to Fallout and Oblivion. It's slightly more linear, you don't quite have the freedom you have in those games. It's a lot more tactical too. Can get quite complicated for some of the tougher fights. Have to set up your party's tactics and all that and do a bit of micro-managing.

I think charging 15euro for a dlc they're giving away for free with some copies of the game is scandalous.

I got it free with my copy and downloaded it but have'nt played it yet. But i can't imagine it's worth 15euro.

It's designed to stop people buying it pre-owned. Why buy a pre-owned copy of the game for €5 cheaper when you get €15 euro of DLC free when you buy it new.

Not saying I agree with it, but I can see why they do it.

Walked into HMV yesterday, looked around the games section. Looked for Dragon Age on the rack, saw it, saw the price tag of €62 euro, laughed out loud causing many christmas shoppers to stare at me. Looked at the Playstation forum on boards.ie, saw this thread, now considering driving to GAME tomorrow. Thanks OP!
