I just had a blow out today near Blackrock and need to get a tyre replaced. Where is good to get it replaced and how much should I be paying ?
I am heading up North at the weekend where I can get it done for 40 quid, but it is a long way to drive with no spare in the boot !

I use Fast Fit near Bloomfields in Dun Laoghaire, there's a guy there called Shane who knows his stuff and prices keenly enough.

Thanks for all the tips. I think I'll check out Atlas as that is closet to me.
I won't be going near Fast Fit. The last time I was there about 2 years ago a Polish lad didnt put my wheel on properly and it nearly fell off on the motorway. To this day I still can't believe I didn't make a huge fuss about this. Was really busy at work etc.

Managed to limp a Vivaro van there once with a flat tyre as I couldn't loosen the nuts in work. They took that off and put the spare on for me without charging anything. Can't complain at that sort of service.

I've used Donnelly Tyre & Battery Service in Blackrock just off the main street and to the rear of the superquinn shopping centre. They were fast, good and really cheap and nothing in blackrock is cheap except mcdonalds.

Atlas were good. 65 quid all in for new tyre and there was no messing about.
    Thanks again.
