Bars with wooden floors

    Anyone else notice women approach you more in bars with wooden floors and they are also generally easier to pull there. Strange. I'd like to figure that one out.

    Yep, that's a well known phenomenon.

    I was out in The Old Bawn Inn last week end and this chunky brunette eyed me
    up and suggested a soiree in Firhouse.

    Well stacked she was and fizzin' like bottled Bass.

    Had to refuse her though as I had a lean Latvian that needed bell.

    Can't whack the wood.;)

    Anecdotal evidence. Maybe it's because it feels less intimidating in a wooden bar than modern bar with smoke and lasers in your face.#

    Also people are generally friendlier in bars with wooden floors and smile more.

    Probably more to do with the size of the bar.
    A packed small bar with a good atmosphere is better than an empty large bar.

    Either that, or the static electricity on non-wooden floors interferes were their rude bits.

    But you would pull women easier in a larger bar with wooden floors than a large one without wooden floors.

    Yeah, less friction on wooden floors.

    Women like wood way more than carpet. And if your in a pub with linoleum...the only women you'll be pulling would be OAPs.

    The lighter the colour of the wooden floors the better for pulling.

    Pine wood would be the best type of wood, darker wooden floors such as those in coppers are not as good, but still better than the modern floors for pulling.

    Scan, with the type of pulling you'll be doing the only quality required in a floor is that it be easy wipe.
